1. Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of your service is required to save your spot.
2. Where are you located?
I am located in East Brunswick.
Please check your confirmation email for the exact address and arrival instructions.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, Zelle, and Apple Pay.
Credit card payments will include a $2 service fee.
4. NEW CLIENTS
Please come with BARE NAILS. If you have ANY KIND of product on, please book an outside salon soak-off. If you have severe nail or skin issues, (open skin or damaged nails) please wait until that heals before booking.
5. What if I’m running late?
Please arrive on time. If you arrive later than your scheduled appointment, we may need to reschedule. A new deposit will be required and you will be charged the same day cancellation fee.
6. What if I need to cancel?
You can make changes up to 48 hours before your appointment through your confirmation email. Cancellations or no-shows after this point will be charged 100% of the balance.
7. What if I need to reschedule?
You can make changes up to 48 hours before your appointment through your confirmation email. You may reschedule the same appointment twice. After that, a new deposit is needed. After multiple cancellations, you will not be able to book.
8. Can I bring someone with me?
For everyone’s comfort and safety, the studio is one-on-one only — no kids or extra guests, please.
9. Can I bring food or drinks?
Please avoid bringing food or outside drinks.
Complimentary refreshments are available for you.
10. What if I’m not happy with my nails?
Your happiness matters at Bliss Nails Studio. While refunds aren’t offered, you can schedule a free fix within 24 hours. Color or design changes after 24 hours may have a small fee.
11. What if a nail breaks?
If a nail breaks within 3 days, fixes are free.
After 3 days, a small fee applies. You can book a nail fix through the website
